Molding Sand

serves to cover ceramic half-moulds with, in order to protect them from the molten metal leakage at the points of their joining to each other, during the rail welding process.

Inside the Crucible TR-1M

occurs the thermal reaction of transformation of the powdery moulding component into the molten metal, whereupon the metal flows out to fill the mould installed on the rail joint.

Grinding Wheel

Installed on the grinding machine SShG-1, it is designed for processing the exterior part of the rail joint after the welding.

Cutoff Wheel

Installed on the Rail-Cutting Machine SR-1, it is designed for cutting the rail subject to the joint gap as required by the technology.
